This is a half-circle fossil ammonite ring to add a little something special to your day. Ammonites were predatory molluscs, resembling squids. They had a coiled external shell similar to that of the modern nautilus. They disappeared 65 million years ago.
I bezel set this beauty, with its rich brown and caramel tones, in fine silver and sterling silver with a slight border around it. It has a hammer textured, flat sterling shank.
