How do I care for my jewelry? Wear it and enjoy it! Still, avoid contact with chemicals and lotions. Try to remove your jewelry before showers, pool swimming, etc. The same goes for manual labor where you might scratch or damage it. When not in use, put it in a sealed plastic bag to prevent tarnishing. If it does tarnish, use a soft jewelry cloth or dish soap and water.

How soon will you ship my order? I process and ship all orders in 1-3 days. Custom orders are the exception and ship as soon as they're ready. I offer free shipping with tracking within Canada and the US. If you're elsewhere, you'll be charged the actual cost of shipping by air.

What are your product sizing details? I provide each item's dimensions in the description in the listing. I also try to include photos that show the items being worn or held to give an idea of size. Ring listings include the ring size, based on a standard US ring mandrel.
